Plugin 24 VAC 40VA Transformer for Aprilaire Distribution Panels. Direct Replacement for Aprilaire 8029. Provides 24 VAC 40VA Rated. Transformer has a  center ground terminal which grounds the control board via the ground pin on the 120V plug. The 8029 Also has green "Power on" indicator and Self Resetting fused Secondary. Most lower cost transformers have a fusible link that once "blown" renders the transformer inoperative. This is self-resetting.
