The Applied Digital RS 232 Serial Bobcat is a single point module providing the ability to send and receive ASCII strings and is used with the Applied Digital Ocelot Controller. The RS 232 Serial Bobcat is wired into the ADNET Nework of the Ocelot with four wires; Two for Power and Two for RS-485 or ADNET communcations. With the addition of the Bobcat RS232 Serial Bobcat, the Ocelot can be programmed to respond to received ASCII strings, or can transmit ASCII Strings.
