A variety of Integration Modules are available for use With EasyLobby's award-winning Secure Visitor Management Software™, so that visitors electronically scan their ID (driver's license or business card), all relevant information about them is automatically captured in a database, and a professional quality visitor badge is printed. With these add-in modules, EasyLobby can be used to update visitors and grant access in an existing card access system*, Integrate with SmartTag RFID Software so that visitor's data is updated in SmartTag for tracking purposes and access control, or pre-register visitors via a web browser. With EasyLobby SVM™ 9.0, you'll streamline the check-in process, and your visitors and employees will feel safer. EasyLobby and The EasyLobby Modules are intended for use with VantagePoint Light and/or CounterPoint visitor registration kiosks, but may be installed on Personal Computers as well.

eAdvance™ Module:

• eAdvance is a web-based application that allows authorized employees to pre-register visitors through a simple web browser form on their own computer. The customer has full control over which employees are granted access to eAdvance, and whether the registrations entered by certain employees need to be approved by someone else in the company before being added to the SVM database.
• eAdvance is sold as an enterprise license; customers only need 1 copy regardless of how many SVM stations they deploy or how many employees they have.
• eAdvance is installed on a web server running Microsoft IIS.
• For customers that do not have their own web server, EasyLobby provides a hosting service for an annual fee.

Access Control Integration Software™ Module:

• This component allows the customer to grant proximity card access (or barcode access) to certain visitors directly from the SVM interface.
• This software is sold as a server license; customers typically only need 1 copy regardless of how many SVM stations they deploy across different locations (assuming the Access Control System resides on a single server for the entire company).
• NOTE: if all visitors are escorted by an employee, the customer does NOT need this component.

SmartTag RFID Integration Module:

• This component allows the customer to link the data captured by EasyLobby with SmartTag to track their presence or absence at a site, or pinpoint their location in a properly equipped system. Particularly useful in Evacuation Systems where it is important to know if individuals have evacuated the building
• This software is sold as a server license; customers typically only need 1 copy regardless of how many SVM stations they deploy across different locations assuming that SmartTag Software resides on a single server for the entire company.
• NOTE: Even if all visitors are escorted by an employee, the customer would need this component, if tracking of RFID tags and visitors was desired.
