From time-punch to paycheck, the Velocity 850 Biometric Timeclock in conjunction with TimeForce software offers the complete time & attendance solution for your business. The new Velocity 850 clocks are biometric, requiring employees to clock in and out using their fingerprint — eliminating buddy punching. With its sleek design and fast biometric reader, Velocity 850 allows users to collect, manage, and process employee time while seamlessly exporting to most payroll software. In addition to the V800, the V850 features job costing, department transfers, extended time tracking features such as break and lunch buttons and multiple pay rates, and a four-line, backlit LCD display with prompts for entries.
COLLECT TIME
Employees can clock in using time clock hardware, software, remote devices, or a combination of all three. Hardware options include a wall-mounted time clock, proximity reader, biometric (fingerprint) reader, and more. A software option lets your employees use the browser on their computer to clock in. Remote options allow time to be entered with a PDA or cell phone.
All time collection methods integrate with the TimeForce software. After your employees clock in, the system gathers all data, tracks accruals, and notes exceptions such as tardiness or absences. Dozens of standard time, employee, and payroll reports are included. Optional HR, benefits, and job costing modules are also available.
Payroll is easy and accurate with TimeForce. Since TimeForce is browser-based, it's easy for supervisors or payroll staff to review, edit, and approve employee time online, at any time. At the end of the pay cycle, TimeForce will calculate gross payroll and export the data to a payroll program or your payroll service provider. It's that simple.

TimeForce runs on a PC within your local network, or as a hosted online application. It uses a browser-based interface that incorporates years of customer input. As a result, TimeForce is easy to use, access and control. Getting started is fast and efficient. Seeing and using employee data is intuitive and informative. Permission levels are at your discretion for administration, supervisors, managers and staff. Pay rules, exceptions, and differentials are up to you. Reporting is extensive and you can review the valuable information you need whenever and however you need it.
PROCESS TIME
TimeForce makes payroll easy and accurate. It seamlessly exports into the most common payroll software (including QuickBooks™ Pro, Peachtree Complete,™ Mas90™ with Import Master, Paylink™ for Windows, etc.) or your third-party payroll processing bureau (such as ADP or Paychex).
