Shipping & Returns

 

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time. Most orders cancelled prior to shipment will be credited in full. Orders that are cancelled AFTER shipment will be credited for the amount of the order, MINUS shipping charges, plus a handling fee for the return shipping of the refused or recalled item in accordance with our returns policy.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of your order date for a Partial refund. The refund will be for the amount of the item 
MINUS shipping charges.Customer is resposible for return shipping costs.  Defective items returned within 30 days of your invoice will be replaced under warranty if found to be defective.  Items that are covered under warranty after 30 days of your invoice will be returned the manufacturer for repair or replacement at their discretion.  

  • Note that software and RFID items cannot be returned unless defective, in which case we will exchange the defective items for new.
  • RFID components are custom components that are manually allocated, programmed to order and unique to a single Customer. There is a 25% restocking fee for the cancellation of any RFID order prior to shipment regardless of whether the components have been programmed. Once shipped, RFID orders are not refundable.
  • Special order items cannot be returned for credit. Any warranty for replacement of special order items will be handled directly by the manufacturer. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for special order items.
  • Software is non-returnable.
  • Electrical items that are not defective are non-returnable as we cannot determine if current has flowed through the item(s).
  • Open Box units are sold "As Is", No returns of any kind. No warranty on Open Box items

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship most orders from Atlanta, Georgia USA. Some do drop ship. Once shipped, Items that are shipped by UPS Ground or US Postal Service generally arrive to locations in the Southeast in 2 to 3 Days, Mid-Atlantic locations in 2-3 Days, Northeast locations in 2-3 Days, Midwest locations in 3-4 days and West Coast Locations in 4-5 days. You may also select express shipping during the checkout process.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping charges also include handling, the cost of the box(es), packaging materials and fuel surcharges assessed by the shipper. Note that RFID orders have very long lead time, due to the custom nature of the product and heavy demand. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take longer.

Special order items or discontinued items may take longer to ship and cannot be returned for credit. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Note that we do NOT insure packages unless Customer purchases shipping insurance; if a shipment is lost or damaged, your claim is with the carrier selected at checkout. We will however process a loss claim on your behalf with the carrier if requested.

You may request Shipping Insurance at the time of your order, but additional charges will apply. 

International orders will incur additional shipping and handling fees. This is beyond our control and like you, we believe that shipping internationally should be must easier. It just isn't. Customer is responsible for all Import Fees, Duty and Taxes.
